Who we are

What data we collect

- Support data when raising tickets (logs, screenshots, configuration details)
- Payment information if you purchase services (processed by secure payment providers)
- Recruitment data (CV, cover letter, work history) if you apply for roles
- Marketing preferences (subscriptions, consent choices)

- Usage data (pages visited, links clicked, session duration, referrers)
- Device and network data (IP address, browser type, operating system, approximate location)
Analytics and cookies
We measure site usage with a privacy-focused analytics tool (GoatCounter) hosted on our own servers. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and keeps only aggregate statistics such as pages viewed, referrer, browser type and country. It does not build profiles of individual visitors, and no analytics data is shared with anyone else. This site sets no cookies at all, which is why you won't see a cookie banner.
AI tools on this site
Where this site offers AI-powered features (such as an assistant or assessment tools), we collect message content and timestamps, and messages are processed by our AI infrastructure providers to generate responses. We do not use your conversations to train models for other customers. Please do not share special-category or highly confidential information through these tools unless expressly requested as part of a contracted support engagement.

Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures including access controls and encryption, network segregation and vulnerability management, logging, audits and staff training, and breach notification procedures. No system is 100% secure; if we become aware of a data breach affecting you, we will notify you and regulators where legally required.
