Your business, available everywhere
The case for the cloud is straightforward for most small businesses: no server in a cupboard to nurse, work from anywhere, and costs that arrive monthly instead of in five-yearly hardware bills.
The catch is that 'the cloud' is really a pile of subscriptions and settings, and it only feels simple when someone owns the whole picture. That's the job we do.
What we deliver
Microsoft 365
Email, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive arranged around how you work, with licensing that matches what you actually use rather than what a reseller suggested.
Cloud migration
Files, email and applications moved with a plan and a rollback. The team goes home on Friday using the old system and starts Monday on the new one.
Backup & disaster recovery
Microsoft doesn't back up your 365 data the way most people assume. We add proper backup and test the restores, for cloud data as much as anything on-premise.
Connectivity
Cloud working is only as good as the connection underneath it. We sort internet, Wi-Fi and VPNs so the rest of it feels instant.
Ongoing management
Licences reviewed so costs don't creep, updates handled, and the setup adjusted as the business changes.
Assess, migrate, manage
We look at what you have, move you across with a tested plan, and then stay responsible for it running well. One partner for the whole thing, rather than a migration company that disappears after go-live.

Common questions
How much does moving to the cloud cost?
Migration is a one-off project; after that it's predictable monthly fees per user. For most SMEs the total comes out similar to or less than running ageing servers, before you count the resilience. We'll do a like-for-like comparison with your actual numbers.
Will we have downtime during migration?
Migrations are staged and cut over out of hours. Done properly, the team notices a new login screen on Monday morning and not much else. There's always a rollback plan.
Is the cloud secure?
A properly configured Microsoft cloud is more secure than a server in an office cupboard; Microsoft spends more on security than any small business ever could. The risks live in the configuration: access, multi-factor authentication, backup. That configuration is the part we own.
Is Microsoft 365 data backed up automatically?
Not really, and it catches businesses out. Microsoft protects its platform, not your deleted or corrupted data. We add third-party backup for email, files and Teams so anything can be restored.
Talk to someone who's seen it all since 1995
Half an hour on the phone. Tell us what's annoying you about your IT and where the hours go, and we'll tell you what we'd do about it. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so.
