IT support from people who know your name
Most of our support clients came to us from a bigger provider, and the story is usually the same: tickets disappearing into a queue, a different technician every time, the same problem explained from scratch.
We're deliberately not built that way. You call, an engineer answers, and it's usually someone who has worked on your setup before. Some of our clients have been with us for over twenty years.
What's covered
Helpdesk that answers
Phone and email support from engineers, not call handlers. Most problems get fixed remotely there and then. When hands are needed, we come to you.
Microsoft 365
Licensing, email, Teams and OneDrive set up properly and kept working. We deal with Microsoft so you don't have to.
Hardware & software
Advice on what to buy, setup when it arrives, and troubleshooting when something misbehaves. PCs, laptops, printers and the software you run on them.
Networks & connectivity
Office networks, Wi-Fi, VPNs and internet connections designed for reliability, then monitored so problems get spotted early.
Proactive monitoring
Patching and updates happen in the background on a schedule. A good month of IT support is one where you never needed to call.
Sized for SMEs
Our clients are typically 5 to 100 staff. Big enough to depend on IT, not big enough to want an IT department.
No call centres. Ever.
You won't sit in a queue or get read a script. The person who answers can usually fix the problem while you're still on the phone, and if they can't, they'll tell you honestly what happens next and when.

Common questions
How quickly do you respond?
Calls are answered by an engineer, and most issues are sorted the same day. Contract clients have agreed response times, and because we monitor systems proactively, a lot of problems are fixed before anyone notices them.
Do we need a contract, or can we get ad-hoc help?
Either. Contract clients get priority response and proactive monitoring, but we take on one-off jobs too. A fair number of our long-term clients started as a single emergency.
We already have an IT provider. How hard is it to switch?
We do the awkward parts, including getting documentation and passwords from the outgoing provider. Expect a few weeks start to finish, with no downtime. It's rarely as painful as people fear.
Do you support home and hybrid workers?
Yes. Most support is remote anyway, so someone working from a kitchen table gets the same service as someone in the office. We set up secure access and manage the devices wherever they happen to be.
Talk to someone who's seen it all since 1995
Half an hour on the phone. Tell us what's annoying you about your IT and where the hours go, and we'll tell you what we'd do about it. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so.
