This is the service Maker Technologies was founded to provide. We've been installing and supporting business management software since 1995, before we ever offered IT support, and we'll tell you what actually fits, including when the answer is to keep what you've got.

Newer ERP and CRM platforms ship with AI features that mostly go unused. We switch on the ones worth having and build custom automation where the built-in ones fall short.

Upgrades, new reports and tweaks as the business changes. We stay involved after go-live, which is where most of the value actually gets realised.

Common questions
Our current system sort of works. Should we still change?
Then maybe don't. Sometimes the right move is configuring what you have properly, or adding automation around it. A short review gives you the honest options with costs attached, and 'keep it' is a perfectly common conclusion.
How disruptive is a new business system?
Honestly? There will be some. New processes and training mean a short dip in efficiency, and anyone who says otherwise isn't being straight with you. But it's a fraction of the cost of living with the wrong system. We run old and new in parallel where it makes sense and train people before go-live rather than after, so once you're live, the curve points up.
What does business management software cost for an SME?
Anywhere from modest per-user monthly fees for cloud CRM to a larger project for full ERP. The expensive part is choosing badly, not the licences. That's the mistake independent advice exists to prevent.
Can you work with our accountant's software?
Almost always. Connecting your management system to Datafile, Sage or Xero is some of the most valuable work we do. It removes double entry and keeps the numbers matching.
